Every once in a while, we might feel like if things aren’t going quite well- whether it be mind, body or soul. Our emotions might be all over the place and we might have a mixture of feelings such as anxiety, overwhelm, stress etc. A technique that we find so helpful (and really underrated) is journaling.
This form of writing and reflecting on your innermost thoughts has so many benefits such as:
- reducing stress & anxiety
- mental clarity
- self-awareness
- feelings of optimism & hope (try our Gratitude Journal!)
- explore your creative side
- mindfulness
- a form of therapy
Here are some prompts that you can try. A great way to start is by filling out an entire page for each prompt with whatever comes to mind. Don’t be surprised if you end up writing 2-3 pages!
